Enjoy this winter – crispy, crunchy, veggies crackers with Tomato corn soup 🥣

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

  • 1 pack of Nutri choice cracker Biscuits
  • 1 pack of Knorr Tomato soup
  • 1/2 Cup of Bell Peppers
  • 1/2 Cup semi – boiled Broccoli
  • 1/2 Cup of corn (for toppings on soup)
  • 1/4 tbsp chilli flakes
  • 1/4 tbsp Green chillies
  • 1/4 tbsp oreganos
  • A pinch of salt

Recipe for soup

  • Mix a pack of knorr Tomato soup with water in a bowl and stir well.
  • Keep this bowl on a high flame.
  • After 3 to 4 minutes remove it from the flame as it thickens.
  • Transfer it into a soup bowl and garnish it up with corn and coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with crackers biscuits.

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED FOR CHILLI GARLIC SAUCE

  • 2 chopped Onions
  • 12 to 15 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp salt (as desired)
  • 2 tbsp chilli flakes (as desired)

Recipe for chilli garlic sauce

  • Transfer all these above mentioned ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend it till, it is converted into a thick paste.
  • Transfer it into a serving dish.

Recipe for crispy crunchy veggies crackers

  • Take a bowl and mix broccoli, chopped bell peppers & corn in it.
  • Add a pinch of salt, chilli flakes,oreganos, green chillies into it.
  • Now top up these veggies above each of the crackers biscuits and have it with garlic sauce.
